evaluation and other key business decisions.\nPartner closely with operations and other functions to address financial and cost-related concerns.\nEnsure timely and accurate financial reports and management information.\nDrive process improvements and strengthen the overall effectiveness of the finance function.\nLead and develop the finance team while preparing for broader Finance leadership responsibilities.\nQualifications\nCPA with strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.\nAt least 8 years of relevant Finance experience.\nStrong experience in manufacturing, preferably pharmaceutical, FMCG, or consumer products.\nSolid experience in:Financial Reporting & Management Accounting\nManufacturing & Product Costing\nBudgeting & Forecasting\nFinancial Analysis\nFinancial Controls\nFinancial Investments\n\nStrong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.\nStrong understanding of business operations and financial performance.\nProven ability to work closely with senior management and influence business decisions.\nDemonstrated leadership potential and readiness to assume increased responsibilities.\nExperience in a reputable audit or professional services environment is an advantage.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management
