The position will work closely with finance, operations, and business leaders across the organization to develop financial plans, evaluate business performance, build financial models, and provide data-driven recommendations for key business decisions.\nKey Responsibilities:\nFinancial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting\nLead the coordination and consolidation of the organization's annual budgeting and financial planning activities.\nDevelop and maintain rolling forecasts based on actual performance, business trends, market conditions, and changing assumptions.\nAnalyze the financial implications of strategic plans, expansion initiatives, and other major business decisions.\nFinancial Modeling & Scenario Analysis\nBuild and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, business planning, investment evaluation, and strategic decision-making.\nConduct scenario planning and \"what-if\" analysis to assess the potential impact of different business assumptions.\nEnsure financial models are accurate, well-structured, scalable, and supported by clearly documented assumptions.\nManagement Reporting & Performance Analysis\nDevelop dashboards and reporting tools to provide management with visibility into key financial and business metrics.\nAnalyze actual results against budget, forecast, and historical performance.\nIdentify significant variances, investigate their underlying causes, and provide recommendations for corrective action.\nFP&A Process & Systems Improvement\nDrive the standardization and continuous improvement of FP&A processes, methodologies, templates, and reporting practices across the organization.\nEstablish consistent approaches to budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and performance analysis.\nIdentify opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of FP&A activities.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\nCPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification is an advantage.\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, corporate finance, or financial business partnering.\nExperience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis.\nStrong understanding of financial planning, management reporting, and financial analysis principles.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and senior management is highly preferred.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.\nExperience with ERP, financial planning, reporting, or business intelligence systems is an advantage.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of financial and operational data.\nStrong communication and presentation
