Job Description:

Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.
Conduct income statement variance analysis and identify key business performance drivers.
Investigate financial discrepancies and implement appropriate resolutions.
Support enhancements to financial reporting tools and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems.
Handle ad hoc financial reporting requests from senior management.
Coordinate with external auditors during monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Finance teams to improve reporting processes.
Prepare and maintain financial data for quarterly earnings releases, board presentations, and SEC filings.

Qualifications:

Strong background in Finance and Accounting.
Must have experience working with a Big Four accounting firm.
Knowledge of financial statements, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and formulas.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or NetSuite is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
