This role works closely with business leaders to monitor financial results, support budgeting and forecasting activities, and provide insights that help drive informed business decisions.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the company's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.\nAnalyze financial performance by reviewing trends, variances, and key business drivers.\nMonitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and other financial indicators to identify risks and opportunities.\nPrepare financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support business decisions.\nDevelop financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.\nPartner with business units to identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial performance.\nRecommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.\nEnsure the integrity and reliability of financial data used for planning and analysis.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accountancy.\nMust be a CPA.\nAt least 2-5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, management accounting, or financial reporting.\nPrevious supervisory or team lead experience is preferred.\nStrong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial performance analysis.\nExperience using SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, XLOOKUP, and financial modeling.\nExperience with Power BI or other business intelligence and reporting tools is preferred.\nStrong understanding of financial statements and business performance analysis.\nExcellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and
