Architecture\nMobile-First Development: Build, optimize, and maintain responsive full-stack web applications using React.js for the frontend and Node.js (Express.js or NestJS) for backend services.\n Progressive Web App (PWA) Implementation: Engineer offline-first PWA capabilities-including service workers, web app manifests, advanced caching strategies (Workbox), push notifications, and cross-platform installability-ensuring seamless operational continuity in low-connectivity field environments.\n UI/UX Engineering: Design modular, reusable React components with robust state management (Redux or Context API), responsive touch-friendly layouts, and performance optimizations tailored for mobile and tablet displays.\nBackend Engineering, APIs & Database Management\n RESTful Service Architecture: Design, build, and maintain high-performance Node.js REST APIs engineered for mobile payload efficiency, secure authentication (JWT/OAuth2), middleware integration, and API versioning.\nNoSQL Data Modeling: Design and maintain MongoDB collections, document schemas, indexes, and aggregation pipelines following NoSQL best practices to support complex custom data models.\nThird-Party Integrations: Connect frontend applications with enterprise APIs, implementing robust authentication, error handling, and offline fallback mechanisms.\nSDLC, Quality & Agile Execution\n Lifecycle Ownership: Execute the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) across custom mobile app programs, including architecture design, code reviews, automated testing, deployment, and tier-3 production support.\nTroubleshooting & Debugging: Perform root-cause analysis and implement durable fixes across Node.js, MongoDB, React, and service worker caching layers.\nAgile Collaboration: Participate in sprint ceremonies, partnering with Product Owners, Systems Analysts, and QA engineers to deliver enterprise solutions on time.\nRequirements\nEducation & Experience\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nEngineering Tenure: 3-5 years of progressive full-stack web development experience with proven hands-on delivery using Node.js and React.\nGlobal Team Context: Practical experience operating within Agile teams and collaborating across international time zones.\nTechnical Stack Competencies\nBackend Mastery: Strong experience building RESTful microservices in Node.js using Express.js or NestJS, including secure API routing, JWT/OAuth2 authentication, and middleware architectures.\nFrontend Expertise: Deep proficiency in React.js, modern JavaScript (ES6+), hooks, state management (Redux or Context API), and mobile-first responsive design.\nPWA & Offline Have)\nHands-on experience with Workbox for advanced caching strategies and Web Push API (FCM/VAPID).\nFamiliarity with alternative query architectures (GraphQL) or real-time protocols (WebSockets).\nKnowledge of mobile web performance tuning: code splitting, lazy loading, and Core Web Vitals.\nExposure to containerization (Docker) and automated testing tools (Jest, Cypress, or
