gadget accessories\nStrong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills\nFamiliarity with POS systems, inventory control, and retail sales reporting\nAbility to explain product features, specifications, and compatibility to customers\nStrong leadership, coaching, and team coordination skills\nHighly motivated, organized, and capable of meeting sales targets\nWilling to work on-site in BGC, Taguig City, from Monday to Saturday\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and motivate the gadget sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets\nProvide product recommendations and assist customers in choosing gadgets and accessories that meet their needs\nEnsure the team maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications, features, pricing, and promotions\nMonitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and product sales\nCoach team members on product demonstrations, upselling, cross-selling, and customer engagement\nMonitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment of fast-moving products\nEnsure products are properly displayed, priced, and presented to customers\nHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales concerns in accordance with company policies\nMonitor sales transactions and ensure proper use of POS systems\nCoordinate with management regarding sales trends, product demand, and operational
