Responsibilities\nBusiness Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies, operational plans, and initiatives aligned with the organization's objectives and long-term growth plans.\nBusiness Performance: Oversee overall business performance, ensuring achievement of revenue, profitability, and operational targets.\nOperations Management: Lead and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes, consistent service delivery, and compliance with company standards.\n Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, cost management, and overall profit and loss (P&L) performance.\nBusiness Growth and Expansion: Identify growth opportunities, support expansion initiatives, and ensure operational readiness for new business locations.\nPeople Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the management team while building a strong leadership pipeline and succession plans.\nOperational Excellence: Establish effective systems, policies, procedures, and performance measures to improve productivity and operational consistency.\nCustomer Experience: Ensure high standards of product quality, customer service, and overall guest experience.\nCross-Functional Management: Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of business initiatives.\nPerformance Monitoring: Establish business performance indicators, review operational results, and implement improvement plans to address performance gaps.\n Executive Reporting: Present business updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.\nAt least 5-8 years of relevant experience in food and beverage, hospitality, restaurant, quick-service restaurant, or retail operations.\nPrevious experience managing multiple business locations, operational teams, or business units.\nProven track record in driving business growth, improving profitability, and achieving operational targets.\nStrong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and P&L management.\nExperience in developing leaders, managing cross-functional teams, and driving organizational performance.\nStrong strategic planning, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
