Employee Relations & Compliance\nManage employee relations by addressing concerns, supporting investigations, and implementing HR policies consistently.\nOversee statutory compliance and reporting for government agencies including SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, BIR, and DOLE.\nMitigate HR, compliance, and operational risks to prevent payroll errors or labor issues.\n3. Office Administration & Facility Management\nPlan and implement employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and company activities.\nOversee facilities maintenance, repairs, safety, cleanliness, and vendor coordination.\nManage company vehicles, assets, and office supplies, including inventory control, procurement, and cost monitoring.\nCoordinate and supervise administrative support staff such as drivers, messengers, and cleaners.\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.\nExperience: At least 2-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR/Admin role handling core HR operations.\nPayroll Knowledge: Working knowledge of payroll processes, timekeeping, and basic benefits administration.\nEmployee Relations: Proven experience handling employee concerns, policy application, and basic disciplinary processes.\n Labor Laws: Basic familiarity with Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, DOLE).\n Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic office and HR tools (Google Workspace or MS Office);
