regulations and company policies.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning\nOversee end-to-end recruitment activities including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding\nCoordinate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs\nMonitor recruitment progress and maintain partnerships with external recruitment sources and service providers\nSupport onboarding and employee integration activities to ensure smooth transition into the organization\nEmployee Relations & Labor Management\nHandle employee concerns, disciplinary cases, and investigations in accordance with company policies and labor regulations\nProvide guidance to employees and managers regarding workplace concerns, policies, and procedures\nSupport implementation of employee engagement, wellness, and morale-building activities\nCoordinate with government agencies and ensure compliance with labor-related requirements and standards\nPerformance Management & Organizational Development\nSupport the implementation and monitoring of performance management processes and employee evaluations\nCoordinate training and development programs aligned with operational and organizational needs\nIdentify development opportunities and support succession planning initiatives\nAssist managers in addressing performance gaps and employee development concerns\nCompensation, Benefits & HR Operations\nOversee day-to-day HR operations including attendance concerns, employee records, documentation, and HR reports\nSupport compensation and benefits administration, including employee inquiries and coordination with providers\nEnsure accuracy and completeness of employee data, HR documentation, and records management\nMonitor implementation of HR policies, procedures, and operational guidelines\nCompliance & HR Administration\nEnsure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and government regulations\nPrepare and maintain HR reports and documentation required by Management and regulatory bodies\nSupport HR audits, process reviews, and implementation of HR improvements and initiatives\nPartner with department leaders to support operational requirements and HR-related projects\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field\nAt least 10 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to multiple HR functions\nStrong background in employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations\nExperience supporting large-scale or multi-site operations is preferred\nKnowledge of labor laws and HR best practices\nStrong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills\nProficient in MS Office applications and HR-related systems\nAbility to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative
