administration.\nStrong experience and expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment processes.\nPreferably with at least 1 year of people management or leadership experience.\nExperience in the logistics, maritime, transportation, shipping, or related industries is highly preferred.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.\nAble to work independently while effectively collaborating with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.\nStrong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment regulations.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and support day-to-day HR operations across various HR functions, ensuring timely and effective delivery of HR services.\nLead and manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, selection, and onboarding.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.\nHandle employee relations concerns and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters.\nSupport performance management processes, including performance reviews, employee development, and related HR initiatives.\nAssist in the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs and other employee-related processes.\nCoordinate and support training and development initiatives based on organizational and employee needs.\nMaintain accurate and updated employee records, HR documentation, and reports.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws and regulations.\nSupport the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives that contribute to employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.\nProvide guidance and support to the HR team and other stakeholders, as
