maintain accurate employee information and HR data across HR systems.\n\nPrepare HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business and HR decision-making.\n\nMonitor HR data quality and perform regular audits and validation of employee records.\n\nInvestigate and resolve HR system issues, data discrepancies, and operational concerns.\n\nServe as a point of contact for HR system and process-related inquiries.\n\nPartner with HR teams and stakeholders to identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions.\n\nSupport the documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement of HR processes.\n\nIdentify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve HR operations and service delivery.\n\nAssist in implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on HR projects and process improvement initiatives.\n\nEnsure sensitive employee information is handled with appropriate confidentiality and security.\n\nPrepare ad hoc reports and support other HR operational requirements as needed.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.\n\n3+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Shared Services, or a related function.\n\nExperience in HR data management, reporting, and analytics.\n\nExperience working with HRIS or other HR technology platforms.\n\nStrong experience in troubleshooting HR system and process-related issues.\n\nExperience in process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement.\n\nExperience supporting U.S.-based employees or HR operations is preferred.\n\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting
