HR Operations & Administration\nProcess employee lifecycle transactions in the HRIS system (e.g., Data changes, promotions, transfers, and separations).\nManage the generation of HR-related documents, including employment contracts, certificates of employment (COE), and regularization letters.\nSupport the onboarding process by coordinating pre-employment requirements, background checks, and initial database encoding for new hires.\nMaintain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant digital employee records.\n2. Employee Inquiries & Ticket Management\nAct as the first line of support for HR inquiries via the ticketing system, email, or chat, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.\nProvide accurate information regarding company policies, benefits, leaves, and standard HR procedures to APAC-based employees.\nEscalate complex HR issues (e.g., employee relations, complex payroll disputes) to Tier 2 HR teams or Center of Excellence (COE) partners as appropriate.\n3.
