This role oversees all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management, and HR operations. The position plays a critical role in fostering a high-performing, engaged, and inclusive workforce while driving organizational growth and effectiveness.\nQualifications\nEducation & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.\nMaster's degree in Business Administration (MBA) is required.\nWith 15+ years of proven experience in general facets of HR, including 5+ years of experience as an HR Head.\nExtensive experience managingend-to-end overall HR functions, including talent management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, and HR operations.\nExperience within the automotive or related industries is a plus.\nCertifications\nProfessional certifications related to Human Resources and People Management (e.g., PMAP PSOF, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) are an advantage.\nCore Competencies\nStrong leadership, people and stakeholder management, and communication skills.\nProven ability to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nIn-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and implement the organization's overall HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term growth plans.\nLead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning and development, and HR administration.\nDesign and drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention strategies.\nEnsure the effective implementation of performance management processes, providing guidance to leaders on employee development and performance improvement.\nOversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.\nPromote a positive employee experience by fostering a culture of engagement, collaboration, diversity, and inclusion.\nProvide strategic guidance and coaching to management on workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and employee-related matters.\nEnsure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements while minimizing organizational risk.\nLead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation.\nOversee workplace health, safety, and wellness programs to support employee well-being and regulatory compliance.\nUtilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across HR programs and processes.\nManage and optimize HR systems, processes, and policies to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.\nPrepare and manage the HR department's annual budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost control.\nServe as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to
