priorities.\nIdentify opportunities to simplify, automate, integrate, and digitize business processes.\nDrive technology initiatives that improve productivity, scalability, operational efficiency, and measurable business value.\nLead organizational change and technology adoption initiatives across the business.\nEnterprise Applications & Business Systems\nProvide strategic leadership and governance for enterprise applications and business-critical systems, including:ERP\nCRM\nHRIS\nFinance systems\nSales force automation and commercial platforms\nOther enterprise and operational applications\n\nEnsure systems are integrated, scalable, secure, fit-for-purpose, and effectively supported throughout their lifecycle.\nLead system enhancement, implementation, replacement, and optimization initiatives.\nIT Infrastructure & End-User Services\nEnsure the availability, reliability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure.\nOversee networks, cloud services, collaboration tools, devices, and end-user computing environments.\nEstablish clear IT service standards and ensure responsive technical support for employees.\nDrive continuous improvement in IT operations and user experience.\nCybersecurity, Data Privacy & Business Resilience\nLead the organization's cybersecurity, information security, and data privacy initiatives.\nEstablish and maintain appropriate security controls, monitoring, and incident response capabilities.\nOversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity programs.\nIdentify and manage technology-related risks and ensure appropriate escalation and remediation.\nPromote cybersecurity awareness and best practices across the organization.\nIT Governance, Financial & Vendor Management\nEstablish and implement IT governance, policies, standards, architecture principles, and operating procedures.\nManage IT budgets and ensure technology investments deliver business value.\nOversee vendors, contracts, software licensing, technology procurement, and outsourcing arrangements.\nManage third-party technology and cybersecurity risks.\nRecommend major technology investments and strategic initiatives to senior management.\nData, Business Intelligence & Analytics\nStrengthen the organization's business intelligence, reporting, dashboard, and analytics capabilities.\nImprove data quality, accessibility, and reporting efficiency.\nEnable leaders to access timely, accurate, and actionable information for commercial, financial, operational, supply chain, and people-related decisions.\nDrive initiatives that support a more data-driven organization.\nProject & Portfolio Leadership\nLead the overall IT project portfolio from business case development and prioritization through implementation, adoption, stabilization, and benefits realization.\nEnsure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and business outcomes.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure technology solutions address real business needs.\nPeople Leadership\nBuild and lead a capable, accountable, and service-oriented IT organization.\nDevelop technical and leadership capabilities within the team.\nEstablish performance standards, succession plans, and development initiatives.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, innovation, security, integrity, and customer focus.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.\nRelevant postgraduate qualifications, certifications, or executive education in technology, cybersecurity, digital transformation, or business management are advantageous.\nAt least 10 years of progressive IT experience, with significant leadership responsibility across multiple technology areas.\nStrong technical background in coding and software development, with hands-on experience in designing and developing systems.\nProven experience leading and managing enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance systems, and/or sales force automation systems.\nStrong experience across IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, data, and digital transformation.\nExperience managing IT budgets, technology investments, vendors, contracts, licensing, outsourcing, and procurement.\nSolid knowledge and experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, disaster recovery, and business continuity.\nProven experience leading cross-functional technology projects and managing organizational change and user adoption.\nExperience in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, distribution, retail, regulated, or consumer-driven environment is highly advantageous.\nExcellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and strategic thinking
