hands-on experience with Articulate 360, a strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, and a portfolio demonstrating their work.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop effective learning solutions based on identified training needs and business objectives.\nDefine and document measurable learning objectives for training programs.\nConduct learning needs analyses and assess target audience requirements.\nCollaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather, validate, and organize content.\nDevelop instructional materials, including eLearning courses, facilitator guides, learner manuals, and other training resources.\nApply established instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE or SAM, throughout the course development process.\nCreate engaging multimedia learning assets, including videos, simulations, and interactive learning modules.\nDesign assessments and evaluation tools to measure learner comprehension and training effectiveness.\nReview, maintain, and update existing learning materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.\nPublish and manage learning content within a Learning Management System (LMS).\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in any field.\nCandidates without a completed bachelor's degree may be considered if they have completed at least two years of college education and possess a minimum of two years of experience in a Training Supervisor role.\nProven experience using Articulate 360 to develop instructional materials.\nA portfolio showcasing work created with Articulate 360 is required as part of the application process.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders.\nSolid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning
