The role is responsible for monitoring inventory movements, maintaining accurate SAP inventory records, performing inventory reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with inventory control procedures across commissaries, warehouses, and restaurant branches.\nThe successful candidate has experience in QSR, restaurant operations, FMCG, food manufacturing, or distribution and possesses strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and SAP ERP.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor inventory transactions for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and restaurant supplies.\n\nEnsure accurate recording of inventory receipts, transfers, production issuances, returns, adjustments, and disposals in SAP.\n\nPerform regular inventory reconciliation and investigate inventory discrepancies and stock variances.\n\nSupport daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inventory count activities across commissaries, warehouses, and restaurant branches.\n\nEnsure compliance with inventory control policies, including FIFO and FEFO standards.\n\nMonitor inventory shrinkage, wastage, spoilage, and operational losses, reporting findings to management.\n\nPrepare inventory reports, variance analyses, and reconciliation schedules.\n\nCoordinate with Restaurant Operations, Commissary, Warehouse, Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to resolve inventory issues.\n\nEnsure inventory documentation is complete and audit-ready.\n\nAssist in improving inventory processes and strengthening inventory controls through SAP system utilization.\n\nConduct branch and warehouse visits to validate inventory practices and compliance with operational standards.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.\n\nAt least 2-4 years of experience in inventory control, inventory audit, warehouse operations, or supply chain.\n\nExperience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), restaurant chain, food manufacturing, FMCG, retail, distribution, or warehouse environment is highly preferred.\n\nHands-on experience with SAP ERP (SAP Business One experience is an advantage).\n\nStrong understanding of inventory reconciliation, stock movement controls, inventory valuation, and variance analysis.\n\nExperience conducting physical inventory counts and cycle counts.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills for inventory reporting and analysis.\n\nStrong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nExcellent communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.\n\nWilling to travel to restaurant branches, commissaries, and warehouse facilities as
