This role is responsible for monitoring inventory transactions, conducting inventory reconciliations, supporting physical inventory counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records in SAP.\nThe ideal candidate has experience in inventory control within the restaurant, food manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or distribution industry, with strong knowledge of SAP, inventory processes, and stock movement controls.\nKey Responsibilities\nMonitor daily inventory transactions, including receiving, stock transfers, production issuances, adjustments, returns, and disposals.\n\nEnsure timely and accurate inventory postings in SAP ERP while maintaining data integrity.\n\nPerform inventory reconciliation between physical inventory and SAP records.\n\nInvestigate inventory variances, stock discrepancies, and transaction errors, coordinating with Operations and Warehouse teams for resolution.\n\nAssist in conducting cycle counts, monthly inventory counts, and annual physical inventories.\n\nMonitor inventory movement and ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures.\n\nEnsure proper implementation of FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory practices.\n\nPrepare inventory variance reports, reconciliation reports, and inventory movement analyses.\n\nCoordinate with Operations, Commissary, Warehouse, Procurement, and Finance teams to resolve inventory-related concerns.\n\nMaintain complete and accurate inventory documentation for internal and external audits.\n\nSupport process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.\n\nConduct occasional store and warehouse visits to validate inventory compliance and operational controls.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.\n\nAt least 2-4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, inventory audit, or supply chain.\n\nExperience in the restaurant, food manufacturing, FMCG, retail, distribution, or warehouse industry is highly preferred.\n\nHands-on experience using SAP ERP (SAP Business One is an advantage) or other inventory management systems.\n\nStrong knowledge of inventory reconciliation, stock movement monitoring, inventory adjustments, and variance analysis.\n\nExperience supporting physical inventory counts and inventory audits.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.\n\nWilling to travel to restaurant branches, commissaries, and warehouse locations when
