workflows, identifying process gaps, operational risks, and bottlenecks.\nUser Story Creation: Partner closely with Product Owners and SMEs to translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and unambiguous acceptance criteria.\nVendor & IT Alignment: Produce detailed technical specifications for development teams and third-party software vendors to guide application builds, reporting suites, and system enhancements.\nApplication Support & Quality Assurance\nOperational Alignment: Develop and maintain deep domain knowledge of business rules, ensuring all system documentation complies with legal, operational, and data integrity standards.\n Testing Guidance: Collaborate with QA teams to direct test plans and test case development; assist business stakeholders during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release management phases.\nRisk Management: Track, manage, and escalate project risks, system dependencies, and operational issues to Project Managers and executive stakeholders in a timely manner.\nMentorship: Coach and mentor junior Business Analysts in requirement management best practices and industry methodologies.\nRequirements\nEducation & Experience\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related business field.\nProfessional Tenure: Minimum of 2+ years of experience gathering, reviewing, and analyzing business and technical requirements, ideally within the Financial Services or Alternative Investment sector.\nMethodology Mastery: Practical experience operating in both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall delivery frameworks.\nTechnical & Tool Competencies\n Analysis Tools: Proficiency with enterprise collaboration and requirement tracking platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, SharePoint).\n Data & Reporting: Experience or exposure to business intelligence and database reporting suites (e.g., Oracle EBS, SSRS, Business Objects, SQL Reporting Services, or ERP solutions).\n Data Manipulation: Strong skills with MS Office applications (specifically Excel pivot tables, data imports, and executive presentations).\n Certifications
