Leadership\nOversee day-to-day IT operations across multiple service locations and business functions.\n\nEnsure the availability, performance, security, and reliability of enterprise technology platforms, infrastructure, and networks.\n\nManage technology assets, software licensing, and operational resources.\n\nImplement operational best practices to maximize service availability and efficiency.\n\nIT Service Delivery & Support\nLead IT support teams to provide effective and timely technical assistance to internal users.\n\nEstablish, monitor, and improve service delivery metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).\n\nDrive continuous improvement of support processes through automation, training, and performance management.\n\nEnsure high levels of user satisfaction through effective incident and problem management practices.\n\nData, Analytics & Digital Services\nLead initiatives related to data platforms, reporting solutions, and business intelligence capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.\n\nDrive automation programs that improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes.\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence and automation tools, and identify practical applications to enhance business operations.\n\nPromote innovation and continuous improvement across technology and data services.\n\nTechnology Strategy & Leadership\nDevelop and execute technology strategies aligned with organizational goals and operational priorities.\n\nLead, mentor, and develop technology teams to foster a high-performance culture.\n\nCollaborate with business leaders to identify technology requirements and deliver effective solutions.\n\nSupport long-term planning for technology investments, modernization initiatives, and operational improvements.\n\nVendor & Stakeholder Management\nManage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and external partners.\n\nOversee contract negotiations and ensure vendor performance meets agreed service standards.\n\nCommunicate technology initiatives, performance updates, and strategic priorities to leadership stakeholders.\n\nRisk Management & Compliance\nEnsure technology operations comply with applicable regulations, policies, and governance requirements.\n\nLead cybersecurity and information protection initiatives across the organization.\n\nConduct risk assessments and oversee business continuity and disaster recovery planning activities.\n\nImplement controls and processes that strengthen operational resilience and security posture.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.\n\nProven experience managing IT operations, service desk functions, and enterprise technology services within a shared services or corporate environment.\n\nStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.\n\nExperience implementing and managing IT service management practices and frameworks.\n\nDemonstrated leadership experience managing large teams and multi-functional technology operations.\n\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills.\n\nPreferred\nExperience supporting application management services (AMS) environments.\n\nFamiliarity with business intelligence, automation, and emerging technology initiatives.\n\nAdditional language capabilities are advantageous in
