The ideal candidate is someone who can manage technical teams while remaining hands-on enough to provide direction on network, security, and cyber operations matters.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and manage technical teams across Network and Cybersecurity functions.\nOversee day-to-day network and security operations, including incidents, escalations, changes, and service requests.\nLead cybersecurity operations covering threat detection, incident response, security monitoring, vulnerability management, and security investigations.\nHandle and evaluate security alerts escalated from SOC/SIEM and coordinate appropriate response and remediation.\nParticipate in incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and recovery.\nIdentify security threats, vulnerabilities, exposures, and gaps and recommend appropriate controls.\nDevelop and maintain network and security architecture for office, data center, and cloud environments.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into secure architecture and technology solutions.\nLead network and security projects from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation and deployment.\nDrive network performance, resiliency, optimization, and technology lifecycle management.\nManage security controls across network, endpoint, cloud, and infrastructure environments.\nWork with vendors and technology partners on technical issues, projects, and security solutions.\nEstablish and improve security and network standards, documentation, processes, and automation.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to team members and serve as a subject matter expert for Network and Security.\nRequirements\n8+ years of experience in Network, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related technical roles, with significant leadership experience.\nProven experience managing teams across Network and Security/Cybersecurity functions.\nAt least 3 years of project consulting or solution architecture experience, covering requirements, architecture/design, and implementation/deployment.\nStrong experience in Cybersecurity Operations, including incident detection, incident response, security monitoring, and investigation.\nExperience working with SOC/SIEM environments, threat intelligence, IOCs, and security incidents.\nStrong knowledge of network security, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, WAF, cloud security, and vulnerability management.\nExperience with secure cloud architecture, particularly Azure.\nWorking knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and STRIDE.\nHands-on experience with several enterprise technologies such as Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, or similar platforms.\nStrong understanding of network architecture, routing, switching, segmentation, VPN, resiliency, and network security.\nExcellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.\nPreferred\nCISSP, CISM, CCNP/CCIE, GIAC, or other relevant Network/Security certifications.\nExperience with Zero Trust, cloud security, and DevSecOps.\nExperience in managing vendors, technology partners, and technical
