The role will work closely with different departments to identify development needs, design relevant learning interventions, coordinate training programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLearning Needs Analysis & Planning\nConduct training needs analysis to identify knowledge, skill, and competency gaps across teams and employee levels.\nCollaborate with department heads, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to identify learning priorities and development requirements.\nDevelop annual and periodic learning plans aligned with organizational and business objectives.\nTraining Program Development\nDesign and develop learning and development programs based on identified employee and organizational needs.\nCreate training materials, presentations, facilitator guides, learning modules, activities, assessments, and other learning resources.\nDevelop learning programs covering technical, behavioral, leadership, communication, customer service, and professional development areas.\nTraining Facilitation & Delivery\nFacilitate classroom, virtual, blended, and other learning sessions for employees across different levels.\nDeliver engaging training sessions using appropriate adult learning and facilitation techniques.\nConduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.\nTraining Program Coordination\nManage the end-to-end coordination of training programs, including schedules, participants, venues, facilitators, materials, and other logistical requirements.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure smooth program delivery.\nManage training calendars and ensure programs are delivered within agreed timelines.\nLearning Evaluation & Effectiveness\nDevelop and administer training evaluations, surveys, assessments, and knowledge checks.\nGather and analyze participant feedback to determine training effectiveness and areas for improvement.\nTrack learning outcomes and identify opportunities to improve existing programs.\nLearning Management & Documentation\nMaintain accurate and updated training records, attendance sheets, completion reports, and employee learning profiles.\nManage and update learning resources, training materials, and other L&D documentation.\nSupport the administration and utilization of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.\n2-4 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or a related HR function.\nExperience in training needs analysis, training program development, facilitation, and program coordination.\nDemonstrated experience in developing training materials, presentations, learning modules, or other educational resources.\nExperience facilitating training sessions for different employee levels and audiences.\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning methodologies.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs and
