The role works closely with HR, managers, and business units to identify development needs, coordinate training initiatives, prepare learning materials, monitor program participation and results, and support continuous improvement of L&D programs.\nResponsibilities\nLearning & Development Programs\nSupport the identification of employee training needs and skills gaps through coordination with business units.\nAssist in developing training plans, learning calendars, and program schedules.\nSupport the preparation and updating of training modules, presentations, learning materials, and other resources.\nCoordinate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders in developing learning content.\nSupport the implementation of employee development and learning programs.\nTraining Coordination & Facilitation\nCoordinate training schedules, venues, online platforms, materials, participant lists, and communications.\nWork with managers and HR partners on participant nominations and training requirements.\nProvide facilitation and administrative support during learning sessions.\nAssist in facilitating selected employee programs, such as onboarding and basic workplace or soft-skills programs.\nMonitor attendance, participation, and completion of training activities.\nL&D Administration & Reporting\nMaintain accurate employee training records and documentation.\nUpdate learning activities and participant records in the Learning Management System (LMS).\nTrack training attendance, completion, assessment results, and other relevant data.\nPrepare training reports, summaries, and program documentation.\nAssist with monitoring training expenses and budgets.\nStakeholder & Vendor Coordination\nCoordinate with external training providers, facilitators, and consultants.\nAssist with provider requirements, scheduling, documentation, and service monitoring.\nCommunicate training requirements and updates to employees, managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders.\nAddress participant inquiries and provide support throughout the learning process.\nLearning Evaluation & Improvement\nAdminister training evaluations, surveys, and assessments.\nGather participant feedback and identify opportunities to improve learning programs.\nSupport mandatory and compliance-related training activities.\nAssist with Organizational Development, employee engagement, and other HR development initiatives.\nStay updated on learning tools, approaches, and technologies.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\n4-6 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, HR, or a related function.\nExperience in corporate training coordination, employee development, facilitation, or instructional support.\nExperience working with managers, employees, HR teams, or business units on learning and development initiatives.\nGood communication, presentation, coordination, and facilitation skills.\nExperience preparing training materials, learning content, or presentations.\nFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning tools is an advantage.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple programs and activities.\nRelevant certifications in training facilitation or instructional design are an advantage.\nL&D experience in the real estate or property industry is an
