This role oversees both operational delivery and strategic planning across network architecture, cybersecurity controls, incident response, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.\nReporting to the Head of Global IT Infrastructure and Network Security, this position requires a strong blend of leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeadership, Strategy & Service Management\nLead and manage technical teams across network and security functions.\n\nOversee vendor and technology partner relationships to support operational delivery and project execution.\n\nManage team workload, service delivery priorities, and project execution across infrastructure initiatives.\n\nDefine and drive the strategy and roadmap for network and security services.\n\nAct as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on infrastructure and security architecture solutions.\n\nPartner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.\n\nSupport service management processes, including incident, change, and service request management aligned with established SLAs.\n\nPromote standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across infrastructure operations.\n\nMaintain and enforce documentation standards related to infrastructure architecture, procedures, and operational processes.\nNetwork & Security Operations\nSecurity Services\nLead the implementation and management of security controls designed to protect systems, data, and network environments.\n\nSupport incident response activities, including investigation, escalation, and remediation of security events.\n\nManage escalations from security monitoring and detection platforms and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external partners.\n\nSupport the enhancement of cloud security governance and secure DevSecOps practices.\n\nConduct proactive assessments of threats, vulnerabilities, and control gaps, and support remediation planning.\n\nDrive vulnerability management initiatives and support risk assessments across applications, SaaS platforms, and third-party environments.\n\nApply threat modeling and risk-informed security practices to strengthen control design.\n\nNetwork Services\nDesign and support enterprise network architecture across office, data center, and cloud environments.\n\nDrive network optimization to improve performance, resiliency, and operational efficiency.\n\nMaintain architecture documentation, diagrams, and technical standards.\n\nSupport asset lifecycle management and infrastructure technology refresh initiatives.\n\nProvide support for critical network incidents, problem resolution, and escalation management.\n\nLead delivery of network-related projects, including infrastructure upgrades and new site deployments.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nProven experience managing technical teams across network and security disciplines.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience in a consulting, solution architecture, or project delivery role supporting infrastructure and security initiatives.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience supporting incident detection, incident response, or digital forensics activities.\n\nStrong knowledge of security technologies, including firewalls, endpoint security, SIEM, intrusion prevention/detection, web application security, and cloud security controls.\n\nExperience designing secure solutions within Azure environments, including cloud infrastructure and application security considerations.\n\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies such as NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, and threat modeling approaches.\n\nHands-on experience with enterprise networking and security technologies across routing, switching, segmentation, and secure connectivity.\n\nStrong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts including resiliency, routing protocols, NAT, VPN/IPsec, wireless networking, and segmentation strategies.\n\nExperience applying Zero Trust principles and secure network design practices.\n\nPreferred\nRelevant network or security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CCNP, CCIE, GIAC) are advantageous.\n\nKnowledge
