assess integrated campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, radio, TV, and experiential channels\nLead seasonal promos, dealership campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and events\nMeasure campaign results and refine future initiatives based on performance data\nDigital Marketing & Customer Engagement\nOversee digital strategy across social media, email, SEO, SEM, display ads, and the company website\nMonitor traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics\nPartner with internal teams or agencies on digital content, video, and multimedia production\nMarket Research & Consumer Insights\nResearch customer preferences, buying behavior, and industry trends\nAnalyze competitor marketing, pricing, and promotions\nConvert customer feedback into actionable marketing recommendations\nLeadership & Team Management\nLead, mentor, and develop the marketing team\nDelegate tasks, track performance, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback\nFoster collaboration, creativity, and continuous growth within the team\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Advertising, or related field\n5-8 years of progressive marketing experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial/leadership role\nAutomotive industry background strongly preferred\nSolid grasp of integrated marketing, digital marketing, branding, and campaign management\nTrack record managing multi-channel campaigns and product launches\nExperience with dealerships, distributors, or retail networks is a plus\nProficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and MS Office\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable
