This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, ownership of system enhancements and integrations, and contributing to scalable and user-focused CRM solutions within an Agile environment.\nThe ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, solid problem-solving abilities, and experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain CRM solutions that support business and technical requirements.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define functional specifications, and provide guidance on CRM platform capabilities and operational use.\nDeliver software enhancements, defect fixes, small-to-medium projects, and feature integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.\nConfigure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on business needs.\nIdentify technical and design challenges and implement scalable, user-focused solutions across multiple technologies.\nParticipate in Agile development activities, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.\nLead and coordinate development activities across distributed or offshore teams when required.\nEnsure solutions are delivered within project timelines while maintaining quality and performance standards.\nWork closely with technical and business teams in a multicultural and collaborative environment.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration and customization.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform capabilities and best practices.\nSolid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.\nExperience working with SOA-based architectures, including REST and SOAP services.\nProficiency in:\nC#\nHTML\njQuery\nJSON\nJavaScript and JavaScript frameworks\nModel Binding\nAsynchronous programming\nExperience with CRM reporting tools, including SSRS and Dynamics CRM Reports.\nStrong understanding of Dynamics CRM integrations.\nExperience with Azure tools and related cloud technologies.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:\nPower Automate\nCanvas Apps\nModel-Driven Apps\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE);
