effectively manage and collaborate with offshore development teams from an onshore capacity.\nApply strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with multiple concurrent priorities.\nMaintain clear and effective communication with client stakeholders throughout project delivery.\nOperate effectively under pressure, managing tight timelines without compromising solution quality.\nRequired Qualifications\n Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365\nDeep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform features, capabilities, and industry best practices.\nSolid understanding of Object-Oriented (OO) programming principles.\nStrong knowledge of SOA-based architecture, including REST and SOAP web services.\nProficiency in C#, HTML, jQuery, JSON, JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks, Model Binding, and asynchronous programming.\nWorking knowledge of SSRS and CRM-based reporting.\nDemonstrated experience with Dynamics CRM integrations.\nFamiliarity with Azure tools and technologies.\nMandatory hands-on experience with the Power Platform, including Power Automate and Canvas/Model-Driven Apps.\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\nNice-to-Have Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement (CE); relevant certifications are a strong advantage.\nBackground in designing and implementing solutions that integrate with .NET application APIs.\nProficiency in ASP.NET MVC frameworks and related techniques.\nCompetence in web services, XML, HTML5, SharePoint, SSIS, SSRS, and MVC.\nKey Competencies\nStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
