candidate has a strong eye for premium design, excellent visual storytelling skills, and experience supporting digital marketing campaigns.\nResponsibilities:\nCreative Design & Brand Communications\nDesign premium-quality marketing collateral for both digital and print platforms, including brochures, company profiles, presentations, flyers, banners, proposals, and promotional materials.\nDevelop visually compelling content that reflects the company's brand identity and maintains consistency across all communication channels.\nProduce creative assets that support sales, business development, recruitment, and corporate communications.\nContent Creation & Copywriting\nDevelop engaging visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.\nWrite clear, concise, and compelling copy for marketing materials, social media posts, website content, and promotional campaigns.\nWork closely with the Marketing team to ensure messaging and visuals align with campaign objectives.\nMarketing Campaign Support\nAssist in planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.\nCreate campaign assets for product launches, corporate events, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of creative materials.\nDigital Marketing Support\nDesign creative assets for Meta Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, and other digital marketing platforms.\nSupport SEO initiatives by creating optimized website visuals and content.\nDevelop digital creatives that improve engagement, generate leads, and strengthen online visibility.\nWebsite & Digital Platform Support\nUpdate website content, graphics, banners, and landing pages using content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms.\nAssist in maintaining a professional and user-friendly online presence through engaging visual content.\nSupport basic website enhancements and content updates as needed.\nVideo & Multimedia Production\nProduce and edit promotional videos, company presentations, project highlights, product demonstrations, and social media content.\nOptimize multimedia content for various digital platforms and audience engagement.\nCollaboration & Continuous Improvement\nPartner with Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and other departments to develop creative solutions that support business goals.\nPresent creative concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines.\nStay informed on industry trends, AI-powered creative tools, digital marketing strategies, and emerging design technologies.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.\nAt least two (2) years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, digital marketing, or creative content production.\nStrong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding, video editing, presentation design, and digital marketing assets.\nExperience supporting B2B, engineering, construction, technology, manufacturing, or renewable energy companies is an advantage.\nExcellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.\nTechnical Skills (Required):\nAdobe Creative Ecosystem (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator)\nCanva\nCapCut or similar video editing software\nGoogle Workspace (Slides, Docs, Drive)\nApple Keynote\nTechnical Skills (Preferred):\nWordPress, Elementor, or other Content Management Systems\nMailchimp or similar email marketing platforms\nFigma\nBasic HTML and CSS\nAI-powered creative tools (Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, or
