The role focuses on reviewing operational processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting in the implementation of productivity-enhancing solutions across the organization.\nThe ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on operational or manufacturing experience, and advanced Excel proficiency. The successful candidate must be highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, process consistency, and timely completion of assigned initiatives.\nCandidates who have relevant experience or exposure to Power BI are encouraged to apply.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcess Improvement & Operations Support\nAssist in the execution of business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and process standardization.\nAnalyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and performance improvement.\nSupport continuous improvement projects by providing operational insights and factual data analysis.\nParticipate in operational reviews and contribute recommendations for process enhancement.\nData Management & Analysis\nPrepare, consolidate, clean, and validate operational data for reporting and analysis purposes.\nConduct regular operational data reviews to identify trends, inconsistencies, and process gaps.\nGenerate accurate reports, summaries, and productivity-related data for management and operational teams.\nEnsure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of operational data and reports.\nExcel Automation & Reporting\nDevelop and maintain Excel-based monitoring tools, trackers, and automated reports.\nUtilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, Power Query, lookups, formulas, and data consolidation techniques.\nSupport automation of repetitive operational tasks and reporting activities.\nAssist in improving report generation processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.\nAutomation & Digital Transformation Support\nExecute and monitor Power Automate workflows and other automation-related activities based on established requirements.\nAssist in maintaining and troubleshooting automation outputs and process flows.\nSupport DX (Digital Transformation) and data operations initiatives across different business functions.\nContribute to system and process enhancement activities to improve operational performance.\nDocumentation & Coordination\nMaintain organized and updated working files, process documents, reports, and automation records.\nCoordinate with internal stakeholders and team members to validate operational information and ensure data consistency.\nAssist in documenting process workflows, standard procedures, and improvement initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with established operational procedures and reporting standards.\nContinuous Learning & Technical Development\nContinuously enhance technical knowledge in data analysis, process automation, SQL operations, and business intelligence tools.\nSupport the adoption of new technologies and digital solutions that improve operational efficiency.\nStay updated on process improvement methodologies and operational best practices.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, or any related field.\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, operations, process improvement, or operational data analysis.\nStrong background in process analysis, productivity improvement, workflow optimization, or operations support.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, Power Query, and data analysis functions.\nExposure to automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate is an advantage.\nExperience or exposure to Microsoft Power BI for dashboard creation, data visualization, and reporting is an advantage.\nBasic knowledge of SQL, data analytics, or business intelligence tools is an advantage.\nStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of operational data
