background in commercial real estate, office leasing, property management, coworking, or other multi-site customer-focused businesses, with proven experience managing commercial spaces and driving business performance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWorkspace Operations\nOversee the day-to-day operations of multiple flexible workspace locations, ensuring operational consistency and service excellence.\nConduct regular site visits to assess facility conditions, workspace presentation, safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness.\nEnsure all locations comply with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.\nOccupancy Management\nMonitor occupancy levels, available inventory, leasing activity, and workspace utilization to maximize commercial performance.\nPartner with the sales team to support client acquisition and achieve occupancy targets.\nAnalyze occupancy trends and market conditions to recommend strategies that improve workspace utilization and revenue.\nClient Experience & Relationship Management\nEnsure prospective and existing clients receive a seamless and professional experience throughout their workspace journey.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business owners, brokers, and strategic partners.\nAddress escalated client concerns promptly and ensure issues are resolved effectively.\nBusiness Development & Marketing Support\nWork closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, events, and promotional activities that generate qualified leads.\nSupport networking initiatives and local partnerships that strengthen brand visibility and increase occupancy.\nIdentify emerging market opportunities and recommend initiatives that contribute to business growth.\nLeadership & Team Management\nLead, mentor, and develop workspace teams to consistently deliver high operational and service standards.\nConduct regular coaching sessions, performance discussions, and team meetings.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and customer excellence.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.\nAt least 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, office leasing, coworking, property management, serviced offices, or multi-site business operations.\nProven experience managing commercial properties, office spaces, business centers, or flexible workspace operations.\nStrong understanding of occupancy management, commercial leasing, workspace operations, and client relationship management.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple locations simultaneously.\nExperience interpreting operational and commercial performance reports to support business decisions.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building
