alignment with broader technology strategies.\n\nCollaborate within Agile delivery teams, including Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders, to drive successful project outcomes.\n\nProvide offshore delivery models as required.\n\nEnsure adherence to organizational policies, standards, and governance frameworks.\n\nQualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\nExperience\n7–10 years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle HCM solutions.\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience working within SDLC processes, including solution modeling, documentation, and enterprise-level collaboration.\n\nStrong functional expertise across Core HCM, Performance Management, Recruiting, and Compensation modules.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM architecture, including PaaS and SaaS environments.\n\nExperience with Oracle Cloud data models spanning HCM and finance domains.\n\nProficiency in SQL optimization and best practices related to HCM extracts, Fast Formulas, and OTBI reporting.\n\nSolid understanding of systems integration, security architecture, user access management, and single sign-on technologies.\n\nExperience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\nExposure to AI/ML concepts is considered an advantage.\n\nCompetencies\nStrong ability to collaborate with senior leaders, subject matter experts, project managers, vendors, and business stakeholders.\n\nProven capability to manage and direct deliverables from project initiation through completion.\n\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.\n\nDemonstrated ownership and accountability for quality
