learning.\nResponsibilities:\nTraining Needs Assessment & Capability Building\nWork with business leaders to identify skill gaps and learning priorities across the organization\nConduct needs assessments using interviews, surveys, performance data, and organizational reviews\nConvert business goals into practical, measurable learning solutions\nHelp build competency frameworks and learning pathways tailored to specific roles\nLearning Program Design & Content Development\nDevelop engaging training programs, workshop materials, slide decks, facilitator guides, and e-learning modules\nCreate learning content covering leadership, communication, technical skills, customer service, compliance, and behavioral competencies\nTailor materials to different audiences and learning preferences\nEnsure all content reflects the company's goals, values, and performance standards\nTraining Facilitation & Program Delivery\nFacilitate face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for employees at all levels\nHandle workshops, onboarding programs, team-building activities, and leadership sessions\nCoordinate training logistics including venue arrangements, scheduling, and external vendor management\nProvide guidance and coaching to employees and managers regarding development plans\nLearning Administration & Operations\nManage training schedules, registrations, attendance records, and documentation\nMaintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and employee development records\nPrepare training reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and management\nMonitor completion of mandatory training and certification requirements\nTraining Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement\nMeasure training impact through assessments, feedback forms, observation, and performance data\nAnalyze results and recommend enhancements to improve learning outcomes and knowledge retention\nKeep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in employee learning and development\nExplore and recommend innovative approaches such as digital learning and blended learning solutions\nLeadership & Talent Development Support\nAssist in rolling out leadership programs, succession planning, and high-potential employee initiatives\nSupport organizational development and employee engagement projects that strengthen company culture\nWork with HR and business leaders to promote career growth and internal mobility\nContribute to programs that improve employee performance, productivity, and retention\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field\nAt least 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Organizational Development, or Talent Management\nProven track record in conducting training needs analysis and designing corporate learning programs\nStrong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills\nHands-on experience creating training materials, e-learning content, and competency-based programs\nFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms\nProficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels\nBackground in telecoms, tech, BPO, shared services, or large corporate environments is a
