The successful candidate will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable system enhancements while ensuring high-quality documentation and system performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nApplication Development & Enhancement\n Develop and enhance component-level and system-level applications within the PeopleSoft environment.\nDesign, code, test, and debug programs using PeopleSoft development tools and frameworks.\nWork with PeopleTools and PeopleCode to build and modify application functionality.\nUtilize Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQR in development and system enhancements.\n\nSystems Analysis & Technical Delivery\nAnalyze functional and technical requirements to design appropriate technical solutions.\nReview data structures, application code, and system architecture to identify improvements or resolve issues.\nIntegrate system components and ensure smooth interaction between modules.\nConduct testing activities and support quality assurance processes before deployment.\n\nDeployment & Support\n Support the deployment of applications to testing and production environments.\nCoordinate handover and transition to production support teams when required.\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the PeopleSoft ecosystem.\n\nDocumentation & Project Collaboration\nMaintain accurate technical documentation, system artifacts, and development records.\nProvide updates and inputs for project planning and development timelines.\nWork collaboratively within a development or support team environment.\nDemonstrate sound decision-making in situations where information may be incomplete or time-sensitive.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\n3-5 years of programming experience within the PeopleSoft ecosystem\nHands-on experience with PeopleTools and PeopleCode.\nPractical experience working with Application Engine, Component Interface, and SQR.\nStrong knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll processes and systems. (Required)\nProficiency in SQL and experience working with Oracle databases.\nFamiliarity with DB2 or mainframe environments.\nExperience using ServiceNow, Jira, or similar workflow and issue-tracking tools.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nAbility to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nComfortable working in a team-based development or support environment.\nAbility to make sound decisions and remain focused under pressure.\nWillingness to work on shifting schedules when required.\n\nImpact of the Role\nThe PeopleSoft Programmer Analyst plays an important role in maintaining and enhancing enterprise systems that support critical business operations.
