recommendations to plant leadership and senior management.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives across plant engineering and manufacturing operations.\nTravel to Thailand as needed for business and operational requirements.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\nStrong experience in plant engineering and/or plant operations within a manufacturing environment.\nExperience managing engineering activities at the overall plant level, rather than being limited to a single engineering function.\nSolid understanding of manufacturing processes and day-to-day plant operations.\nExperience in an FMCG or large-scale manufacturing environment is highly preferred.\nGMP experience is required.\nExposure to EHS requirements and practices.\nESG or sustainability exposure is an advantage.\nStrong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.\nMust be comfortable working closely with plant teams and being present at the ground level, rather than operating purely from a corporate or strategic
