improvements.\n\nKey Responsibilities \nOperational Support\nProvide day-to-day support for enterprise Secure File Transfer (SFT) platforms.\nMonitor file transfer services to ensure high availability, performance, and successful delivery of business-critical data.\nInvestigate and resolve failed, delayed, duplicate, or incomplete file transfers.\nAnalyze logs, alerts, and system events to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.\nEscalate complex incidents to appropriate technical teams or vendors following established support procedures.\nPlatform Configuration & Administration\nSupport the onboarding of new business applications and external file transfer partners.\nConfigure and maintain secure file transfer services, including:\nSecure transfer protocols such as SFTP, HTTPS, and AS2\nUser access controls and authentication methods\nDigital certificates and encryption settings\nScheduling, triggers, routing rules, and automated workflows\nPerform routine maintenance activities, including certificate renewals, platform housekeeping, and system health checks.\nSecurity & Compliance\nEnsure all file transfer activities adhere to security, audit, compliance, and data protection requirements.\nCollaborate with security teams to investigate vulnerabilities and implement remediation measures.\nSupport the management of encryption keys, certificates, credentials, and secure authentication mechanisms.\nPromote secure operational practices across file transfer services and integrations.\nIncident & Change Management\nParticipate in incident response activities and support the resolution of service-impacting issues.\nProvide timely and accurate communication to stakeholders during incidents and service disruptions.\nSupport platform upgrades, patch deployments, configuration changes, and maintenance activities.\nCreate and maintain operational documentation, support procedures, knowledge articles, and runbooks.\nCollaboration & Service Improvement\nPartner with infrastructure, application development, security, and vendor teams to support business requirements.\nAssist with testing and validation of new integrations, enhancements, and platform changes.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on service reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence.\nSupport the adoption of best practices for secure data exchange and platform management.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience\nExperience supporting middleware, integration platforms, or secure file transfer services within an operations or support environment.\nHands-on experience supporting enterprise secure file transfer platforms [Axway SecureTransport].\nProven ability to investigate and troubleshoot technical issues using logs, monitoring tools, and diagnostic techniques.\nExperience working within cloud-based or hybrid infrastructure environments.\nFamiliarity with IT service management practices, including incident, problem, and change management processes.\nTechnical Skills\nWorking knowledge of secure file transfer concepts and protocols, including:\nSFTP\nFTPS\nSSH\nTLS/SSL\nHTTPS\nAS2\nUnderstanding of networking fundamentals, including firewalls, ports, connectivity, and DNS.\nExperience supporting authentication, certificate, and access management processes.\nAbility to diagnose and resolve operational issues in enterprise integration environments.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting managed file transfer platforms such as Axway SecureTransport, IBM Sterling Connect:Direct, or similar technologies.\nExposure to Linux or Unix operating systems and command-line administration.\nExperience with digital certificates, PGP encryption, and key management practices.\nKnowledge of scripting or automation technologies such as Bash or PowerShell.\nExperience working with external vendors, business partners, or third-party integrations.\nProfessional Skills\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and
