onboarding and knowledge transfer.\nDocument process controls, risks, and compliance requirements to ensure governance and audit readiness.\nMaintain accurate and organized process repositories, including version control and documentation updates.\nPartner with Design, Build, and Transition teams to ensure processes and documentation are implementation-ready.\nReview documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, and escalate identified gaps for resolution.\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Education, or a related field.\n4+ years of experience in process analysis, operations, transformation, documentation, or shared services.\nExperience in process mapping, workflow documentation, and business process analysis.\nProven experience developing SOPs, work instructions, training materials, and knowledge assets.\nExperience supporting process improvement, transformation, migration, or transition
