within the renewable energy, engineering, construction, or infrastructure industries.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcurement Operations\nManage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations to purchase order issuance and delivery monitoring.\n\nSource and evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, delivery performance, and reliability.\n\nNegotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and commercial agreements to achieve cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.\n\nPrepare and process purchase requests, purchase orders, supplier quotations, and other procurement-related documentation.\n\nMonitor the status of purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.\n\nAssist in supplier accreditation, performance evaluation, and vendor database management.\n\nEnsure procurement activities comply with company policies, budgets, and purchasing procedures.\n\nInventory & Materials Planning\nCoordinate with warehouse personnel to monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment requirements.\n\nReview stock movements and consumption trends to support timely purchasing and prevent stock shortages.\n\nPlan and procure materials based on operational requirements, project schedules, and inventory forecasts.\n\nEnsure critical materials are available to support ongoing engineering, installation, and project activities.\n\nWork closely with warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or delivery concerns.\n\nMonitor supplier lead times and proactively address potential supply risks.\n\nProject & Cross-Functional Coordination\nCollaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, and Warehouse teams to understand material requirements and procurement priorities.\n\nProcure construction materials, electrical equipment, solar components, tools, consumables, and other project-related supplies.\n\nCoordinate with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, when applicable, to facilitate timely delivery of imported materials.\n\nVerify purchase requirements against approved Bills of Materials (BOM), technical specifications, and project requirements.\n\nProvide regular procurement status updates, delivery schedules, and purchasing reports to management.\n\nProcess Improvement & Compliance\nMonitor procurement performance, supplier responsiveness, and purchasing lead times to identify opportunities for improvement.\n\nMaintain accurate procurement records, supplier documentation, and purchasing reports.\n\nSupport cost reduction initiatives through supplier benchmarking, strategic sourcing, and negotiation.\n\nEnsure all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and ethical procurement standards.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.\n\nExperience supporting renewable energy, solar EPC, construction, engineering, electrical, manufacturing, or infrastructure projects is highly preferred.\n\nProven experience procuring construction materials, electrical equipment, industrial supplies, tools, or project-related materials.\n\nKnowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, inventory replenishment planning, and purchasing best practices.\n\nExperience using ERP, procurement, or inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) is an advantage.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\n\nStrong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nExcellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to work across multiple departments in a fast-paced, project-driven
