timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support project schedules and operational requirements.\nMonitor purchase orders and supplier commitments to ensure on-time delivery.\nSource, evaluate, and accredit suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliability.\nBuild and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors.\nConduct supplier performance evaluations and recommend improvements.\nObtain and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure the best value for the organization.\nNegotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and commercial agreements within approved procurement policies.\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and project timelines.\nCoordinate with Warehouse and Project teams to monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement requirements.\nAssist in inventory planning and procurement forecasting.\nPrepare and maintain procurement records, purchase orders, supplier contracts, and supporting documentation.\nEnsure procurement activities comply with company policies and internal controls.\nSupport audit requirements by maintaining complete and accurate procurement documentation.\nCollaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams to support project execution.\nResolve procurement-related issues that may impact project timelines or operational efficiency.\nProvide regular procurement status updates and reports to management.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.\nAt least 2-5 years of procurement or purchasing experience.\nExperience in engineering, construction, renewable energy, electrical, manufacturing, or industrial industries is highly preferred.\nStrong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.\nExperience using ERP or procurement management systems is an advantage.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nStrong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.\nAble to work in a fast-paced, project-driven
