management methodologies.\nThe ideal candidate has experience managing technology, systems implementation, operational improvement, or enterprise transformation projects and possesses strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Planning & Delivery\nLead multiple projects of varying size and complexity from initiation through successful completion.\n\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource plans to support successful project execution.\n\nDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with project sponsors and stakeholders.\n\nMonitor project progress to ensure deliverables remain aligned with agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.\n\nManage project dependencies, critical paths, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.\n\nProject Governance & Reporting\nMaintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, risk registers, issue logs, action trackers, RACI matrices, budgets, and status reports.\n\nFacilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders.\n\nPrepare executive-level reports that communicate project progress, risks, issues, and overall performance.\n\nEnsure compliance with established PMO methodologies, governance standards, and project management best practices.\n\nRisk & Issue Management\nIdentify project risks, issues, dependencies, and potential roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nDevelop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize project impact.\n\nEscalate critical issues and risks appropriately to ensure timely decision-making and resolution.\n\nConduct project closeout activities, including lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nStakeholder & Vendor Management\nCollaborate with business leaders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment throughout project execution.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.\n\nMonitor vendor performance and ensure contractual deliverables, timelines, and service expectations are met.\n\nAnalyze business requirements, project documentation, and vendor deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nCoordinate activities across multiple departments to support operational, technology, and integration initiatives.\n\nPromote accountability, collaboration, and effective communication among project teams.\n\nSupport organizational change initiatives by facilitating communication and coordination between stakeholders.\n\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 5 years of project management experience leading cross-functional projects.\n\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, and best practices.\n\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExcellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.\n\nProven ability to manage project risks, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.\n\nPreferred\nExperience in healthcare operations or healthcare-related projects.\n\nExperience leading IT projects, system implementations, or digital transformation initiatives.\n\nFamiliarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Electronic Health Record (EHR) implementations.\n\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credential.\n\nExperience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, Microsoft Project, Visio, or similar platforms.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel,
