The role coordinates with front desk, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and other operational teams to ensure that guest units, common areas, facilities, and service areas are properly maintained and ready for daily operations.The position serves as a key coordination point between guests, tenants, operational staff, service providers, and management.\nKey Responsibilities\nCondotel Guest & Tenant Support\nMaintain professional relationships with guests, tenants, and other property stakeholders.\nRespond to guest and tenant requests, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.\nCoordinate with the appropriate operational teams to address concerns and ensure proper resolution.\nDaily Condotel Operations\nCoordinate the day-to-day operational activities of the condotel property.\nWork closely with front desk, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and other support teams to ensure smooth operations.\nMonitor the readiness and operational condition of guest units, vacant units, common areas, and facilities.\nStaff Coordination & Monitoring\nCoordinate schedules and daily assignments of front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance personnel.\nMonitor staff attendance, grooming, uniforms, workplace conduct, and compliance with property policies.\nEnsure sufficient manpower coverage based on daily operational requirements.\nUnit & Property Inspections\nConduct regular inspections of guest units, vacant units, common areas, and operational facilities.\nCheck cleanliness, organization, functionality, and overall condition of units and property areas.\nIdentify housekeeping, maintenance, cleanliness, or safety concerns and coordinate immediate corrective action.\nMaintenance & Facilities Coordination\nMonitor the condition of condotel units, common areas, facilities, equipment, and other property assets.\nCoordinate preventive maintenance activities and scheduled inspections.\nReceive, document, and follow up on maintenance and repair requests.\nInventory & Operational Supplies\nMonitor inventory levels of housekeeping, maintenance, laundry, and other condotel operational supplies.\nMaintain proper organization of stockrooms and storage areas.\nConduct regular inventory checks and reconciliation.\nReporting & Management Coordination\nProvide management with regular updates regarding the overall operational condition of the condotel.\nPrepare accurate reports covering guest concerns, maintenance issues, inventory, staffing, inspections, and other operational matters.\nEscalate urgent operational issues and service concerns appropriately.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.\n1-3 years of relevant experience in condotel, hotel, serviced residence, property management, hospitality, or similar operations is highly advantageous.\nSolid background in coordinating multiple operational functions such as housekeeping, front office, maintenance, laundry, or facilities is preferred.\nCandidates with strong property operations, hospitality, customer service, or administrative coordination experience may be considered.\nWilling to work six (6) days per week.\nMust be willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required by property operations.\nTechnical Skills\nProficient in scheduling, coordination, documentation, and operational reporting.\nWorking knowledge of Google Workspace or similar office productivity tools.\nFamiliarity with inventory monitoring and stock control.\nBasic understanding of expense monitoring and operational documentation.\nFamiliarity with property or hotel management systems is an advantage.\nBasic knowledge of service contracts and vendor coordination is a
