This role is at the front line of the leasing process, helping turn interested prospects into happy, settled tenants.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead Generation & Sales\nSource and qualify prospective tenant leads through online platforms, referrals, walk-ins, social media, and other channels\nRespond to inquiries with accurate information on available units, rental rates, amenities, and leasing requirements\nStay on top of regular follow-ups to help move prospects toward a decision\nKeep the leasing pipeline and prospect database up to date\nContribute to the team's leasing and occupancy targets\nBuild and nurture relationships with brokers, referral partners, and prospective corporate clients\nProperty Viewings & Client Engagement\nSchedule and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants\nWalk prospects through available units, amenities, and leasing options in a clear, professional manner\nListen to what prospects are looking for and recommend units that fit their needs\nExplain basic lease terms, rental rates, policies, and move-in requirements\nHandle initial questions and concerns, looping in the right team for anything more complex\nLeasing Documentation\nGuide prospects through application requirements, tenant screening, KYC, and document submission\nPrepare and organize leasing forms, quotations, contracts, and other required paperwork\nDouble-check that documentation is complete and accurate before move-in endorsement\nKeep records of prospects, tenants, and leasing transactions current\nTenant & Move-in Support\nWork with Property Management, Finance, and Maintenance teams to coordinate tenant requirements\nHelp make sure units are ready in time for scheduled move-ins\nAssist with tenant orientation, covering move-in steps, house rules, and property guidelines\nHelp address basic tenant concerns and loop in the right team for resolution\nSupport lease renewals and tenant retention efforts\nProperty Marketing & Market Support\nHelp prepare and post property listings across relevant online platforms\nTrack inquiries and listing performance, sharing feedback on lead-generation opportunities\nSupport leasing events, promotions, open houses, and other occupancy-driving initiatives\nKeep an eye on basic competitor pricing and market activity\nAdministrative & Reporting\nMaintain accurate leasing trackers, prospect records, and tenant documentation\nPut together basic reports on inquiries, viewings, leads, conversions, and occupancy\nComplete assigned leasing and administrative tasks on time\nTake on other leasing and operational duties as needed\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field\n6 months to 1 year of experience in leasing, real estate, sales, customer service, hospitality, property management, or similar\nFresh graduates with relevant internship, sales, customer-facing, or property-related experience are also welcome to apply\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nCustomer-oriented, with a genuine interest in sales and client engagement\nComfortable presenting properties and speaking with prospective tenants\nBasic negotiation and follow-up skills\nOrganized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple prospects and tasks at once\nProficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace\nExperience with CRM, leasing, or property management systems is an advantage\nWilling to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedules as
