business opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities\nGenerate and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.\nHandle a high volume of inquiries and qualified sales leads from prospective clients.\nConduct face-to-face meetings, client presentations, and tours of available\nspaces/facilities.\nUnderstand client requirements, business needs, budget, and preferred location to recommend appropriate solutions.\nPresent and promote the full range of products and services based on client needs.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, business owners,decision-makers, and brokers.\nManage the sales process from initial inquiry/prospecting through negotiation and deal closure.\nHandle client objections and provide practical solutions to move opportunities\ntoward closing.\nFollow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.\nIdentify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.\nParticipate in networking activities, promotional events, and other business development initiatives.\nMaintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, activities, and sales results.\nConsistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.\nManage time and sales activities effectively to maximize productivity and revenue generation.\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, corporate sales, real estate, property leasing, hospitality, coworking, or other consultative sales environments.\nProven experience in new business development and closing deals.\nExperience conducting client presentations, meetings, property/site tours, or similar face-to-face sales activities is highly preferred.\nStrong relationship-building and networking skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\nConfident, persuasive, and professional when dealing with clients and decisionmakers.\nComfortable handling a high volume of inquiries and managing multiple prospects simultaneously.\nStrong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.\nHighly motivated by sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.\nProactive, organized, and capable of managing a territory
