overall management and development of the Sales Engineers under your supervision.\nKey Responsibilities:\nStrategic Planning & Target Setting\nDevelop operating plans and objectives aligned with the company's overall sales strategy and targets\nDesign and execute sales strategies aimed at hitting volume goals while keeping the department profitable\nContinuously assess market conditions and adjust plans to stay ahead of targets and competition\nPricing & Bid Management\nReview and evaluate selling prices to maximize contribution margins\nLead pricing strategy and proposal development to win competitive biddings\nMarketing & Promotions\nOversee promotional and advertising initiatives that support your group's overall sales program\nCoordinate with marketing and other relevant teams to ensure campaigns align with sales objectives\nClient & Supplier Relations\nBuild and maintain strong, professional relationships with both customers and suppliers\nServe as a key point of contact for important accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business\nTeam Leadership & Development\nRecruit and deploy enough qualified sales personnel to adequately cover existing and potential customer accounts\nEnsure your sales team receives proper training and ongoing development to perform at a high level\nCoach, motivate, and manage the performance of Sales Engineers reporting to you\nCross-Functional Coordination\nWork closely with finance and other departments to resolve credit and collection issues affecting your accounts\nCollaborate across departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support\nTake on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in any field\nAt least 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager role or equivalent leadership position\nSales background in water filtration, kitchen equipment, laundry machines, or similar technical/industrial products preferred\nStrong strategic planning and organizational skills, with a clear goal-oriented mindset\nProven ability to lead, train, and motivate a sales team to consistently meet or exceed targets\nSolid negotiation and relationship-building skills with both clients and suppliers\nWilling to be based in
