are looking for a Safety & Security Officer who will be responsible for supporting and strengthening the organization’s Occupational Health & Safety, security, and workplace safety programs.\nThe role will serve as a key resource in ensuring compliance with Philippine occupational safety and health regulations, while also supporting security risk assessments, incident management, emergency preparedness, and coordination with internal teams, contractors, property management, and external agencies.\nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on safety professional with strong corporate or multinational organization experience and a solid understanding of workplace safety, building and facilities operations, and security risk management.\nKey Responsibilities\nOccupational Health & Safety\nServe as Secretary of the Occupational Health & Safety Committee.\nPrepare meeting minutes, monitor recommendations, and report on committee activities.\nCoordinate and facilitate Occupational Health & Safety training programs for employees and management.\nConduct and coordinate mandated safety training in compliance with applicable DOLE requirements.\nParticipate in workplace Occupational Health & Safety inspections.\nInvestigate workplace accidents and incidents and prepare reports and recommendations.\nMaintain and support an effective accident and incident recording system.\nCoordinate corrective actions to address identified safety risks and prevent recurrence.\nAssist government agencies during safety, health, environmental, and accident-related inspections and investigations.\nProvide guidance to employees and management on Occupational Health & Safety matters.\nSecurity & Risk Management\nCoordinate Security, Safety, Threat, and Risk Assessments for existing and new offices.\nReview security audit findings and recommend appropriate corrective actions.\nCoordinate or support investigations involving critical security incidents.\nPrepare incident reports and analysis for management and concerned business units.\nEnsure alignment with applicable Enterprise Security policies and standards.\nSupport the implementation of physical security recovery plans and strategies during emergency or disaster situations.\nFacilities & Workplace Safety\nProvide safety and security guidance relating to office and facilities operations.\nWork closely with Facilities, Engineering, Property Management, landlords, contractors, fit-out consultants, and outsourced service providers.\nReview workplace conditions and identify potential safety, security, fire, electrical, mechanical, and building-related risks.\nSupport the implementation of appropriate controls and corrective measures.\nProvide practical solutions to safety, security, and facilities-related incidents and operational concerns.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s/College Degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Facilities Management, or a related field.\nMust be a DOLE-accredited Safety Practitioner / SO3 or equivalent.\nAt least 5-6 years of relevant experience in Occupational Health & Safety, corporate safety, EHS, facilities safety, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of Philippine Occupational Health & Safety standards and regulations, including RA 11058 and DOLE D.O. 198-18.\nHands-on experience in safety inspections, accident/incident investigation, safety training, risk assessment, and compliance.\nExperience in Security Threat & Risk Assessment and/or corporate security operations is highly preferred.\nWorking knowledge of building, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, construction, and applicable local safety codes and standards.\nExperience working with contractors, suppliers, landlords, property management, facilities teams, and external service providers.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the
