Responsibilities\nLead the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions.\nAnalyze and resolve complex technical and functional challenges.\nDevelop and maintain Salesforce applications based on business and client requirements.\nConfigure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions.\nDevelop using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Lightning.\nConfigure and support Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions.\nDevelop Apex triggers, batch processes, scheduled jobs, test classes, and web services.\nImplement integrations using REST APIs and other Salesforce integration technologies.\nParticipate in data migration, data loading, data transformation, data cleansing, and data management activities.\nApply development best practices involving code quality, modularity, maintainability, and version control.\nTroubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.\nCollaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.\nMentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.\nContribute to project planning, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.\nMaintain high standards of technical quality and delivery.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\n4-8 years of IT experience, with significant hands-on Salesforce development experience.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\nStrong experience with the Salesforce platform.\nHands-on experience with:\nApex\nVisualforce\nLightning Web Components (LWC)\nSalesforce Lightning\nApex Triggers\nBatch Apex\nScheduled Apex\nApex Test Classes\nWorkflow / Process Builder\nREST APIs / Web Services\nSignificant implementation experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Custom Cloud.\nExperience configuring and developing solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).\nStrong understanding of Salesforce customization, development, and deployment practices.\nWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and jQuery.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nKnowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and languages such as Java, Ruby, or C++.\nExperience with Bootstrap, AngularJS, or similar front-end technologies.\nExperience developing with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Design System/components.\nExposure to Salesforce-related marketing technologies such as Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.\nExperience with Salesforce industry or third-party applications such as Veeva, nCino, Apttus/Conga, or Adobe-related solutions.\nExperience integrating Salesforce with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or other relational databases.\nStrong understanding of data migration, data integration, data hygiene, and data translation.\nStrong commitment to clean, modular, maintainable, and well-documented code.\nFamiliarity with source control and version control practices.\nCore Skills\nSalesforce: Apex, Visualforce,
