project initiatives.\nProject & Sprint Delivery\nExecute assigned development work within projects and sprints.\nProvide accurate technical estimates and consistently deliver committed sprint work.\nCommunicate technical risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.\nCode Quality & Engineering Standards\nWrite clean, scalable, maintainable, and well-documented code.\nParticipate in peer code reviews and incorporate technical feedback.\nFollow established Salesforce coding standards, security practices, and architectural guidelines.\nIntegrations & APIs\nDevelop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.\nWork with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, middleware, and integration platforms.\nSupport integrations involving tools such as Zapier, Jotform, Calendly, MuleSoft, or similar technologies.\nTesting & Release Quality\nCreate and maintain appropriate Apex unit tests.\nSupport functional and regression testing.\nValidate deployment readiness and help minimize post-release defects.\nParticipate in release and deployment activities.\nPerformance & Platform Optimization\nDevelop solutions with Salesforce governor limits, performance, security, scalability, and maintainability in mind.\nOptimize queries, automation, and custom development where required.\nSupport large-data-volume and performance-related improvements.\nTechnical Debt & Platform Maintenance\nHelp remediate technical debt, legacy code, inefficient automation, deprecated functionality, and other platform issues.\nContribute to continuous improvements in Salesforce architecture and maintainability.\nTroubleshooting & Technical Support\nDiagnose and resolve complex Salesforce defects and technical issues escalated by Administrators or Operations.\nConduct root-cause analysis and implement reliable, production-ready fixes.\nPartner with technical leadership when issues require deeper architectural review.\nDocumentation\nMaintain technical documentation covering custom development, integrations, configuration dependencies, deployment considerations, and platform components.\nEnsure solutions are properly documented for long-term support and maintainability.\nKey Performance Indicators\nLow post-deployment defect rates and strong contribution to zero-defect releases.\nConsistent completion of committed development work.\nTechnical estimation and sprint commitment predictability of 90% or higher.\nAdherence to Salesforce coding standards, security practices, and architectural guidelines.\nZero avoidable critical governor-limit violations.\nConsistent progress on assigned technical debt, optimization, and platform-maintenance initiatives.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n3-5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a structured business environment.\nStrong experience with:\nSalesforce Sales Cloud\nApex\nLightning Web Components (LWC)\nSalesforce Flows\nSOQL/SOSL\nCustom Salesforce development\n Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is required.\nPlatform Developer II and/or Platform App Builder certification is an advantage.\nStrong understanding of:\nApex design patterns\nAsynchronous processing\nSalesforce governor limits\nData modeling\nSharing and security concepts\nScalable Salesforce development practices\nPractical experience developing or supporting Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, middleware, or similar technologies.\nStrong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.\nProven ability to deliver production-ready, reliable, and maintainable Salesforce
