Responsibilities\nSalesforce Solution Leadership\nLead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions aligned with client requirements and business objectives.\nProvide strategic and technical guidance throughout the Salesforce solution lifecycle.\nEvaluate business and technical challenges using a holistic approach and recommend practical, scalable solutions.\nApply Salesforce leading practices to support solution quality, maintainability, performance, and user experience.\nProvide expertise across Salesforce applications, including relevant Salesforce Industry Clouds.\nSupport the design and implementation of complex Salesforce and nCino solutions.\nReview technical designs and code to help ensure adherence to established engineering and quality standards.\nClient & Stakeholder Advisory\nServe as a senior advisor to clients and stakeholders on Salesforce-related business and technology challenges.\nLead and facilitate client discussions to understand requirements, priorities, pain points, and desired business outcomes.\nCommunicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPresent recommendations and alternative approaches, incorporating client feedback into solution decisions.\nValidate delivered solutions and outcomes against agreed client needs and expectations.\nMaintain a strong focus on both client experience and end-user experience throughout solution delivery.\nDelivery, Deployment & Technical Governance\nGuide teams through complex Salesforce implementations and delivery challenges.\nSupport and oversee deployment pipelines and production releases.\nParticipate in code reviews and provide technical oversight for production deployments.\nUse SQL and SOQL to support solution development, analysis, and troubleshooting as required.\nPromote appropriate technical, professional, quality, and governance standards throughout project delivery.\nIdentify risks, dependencies, and delivery issues and determine when escalation or corrective action is required.\nTeam Leadership & Development\nLead, coach, and develop high-performing consulting and delivery teams.\nProvide clear direction while enabling team members to operate effectively in complex or ambiguous situations.\nConduct constructive coaching conversations and provide actionable feedback across different levels of the organization.\nAddress issues that may affect team performance, collaboration, or delivery outcomes.\nEncourage continuous learning and development to keep the team's Salesforce capabilities aligned with evolving industry practices.\nBusiness Development & Continuous Improvement\nParticipate in business development activities that contribute to organizational growth.\nApply Salesforce expertise and market knowledge to support client opportunities and solution discussions.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for industry trends, and relevant implementation practices.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree.\n10-15 years of relevant professional experience.\nStrong oral and written English communication skills.\nExtensive experience delivering and solutioning complex Salesforce implementations.\nDemonstrated ability to lead client-facing discussions and facilitate conversations involving complex business and technical requirements.\nStrong ability to assess client needs from an end-to-end or holistic perspective.\nProven experience managing teams and providing leadership across complex engagements.\nPreferred / Differentiating Experience\nCandidates with the following experience will be particularly relevant:\nHands-on experience designing or solutioning complex Salesforce and nCino implementations.\nExperience working with Salesforce Industry Clouds.\nKnowledge and experience with deployment pipelines.\nExperience conducting code reviews and supporting production deployments.\nAbility to build and work with SQL and SOQL queries.\nStrong understanding of client and end-user experience when designing Salesforce solutions.\nDemonstrated experience proactively managing teams and delivery responsibilities.\nExperience contributing to business development activities.\nLeadership Competencies\nThe role requires an experienced leader who can:\nCommunicate
