transformation-focused team delivering end-to-end SAP MDG solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional delivery groups.\nKey Responsibilities\nSAP MDG Solution Delivery\nLead or contribute to the end-to-end delivery of SAP MDG solutions, including requirements gathering, solution design, build, testing, and deployment.\nSupport business workshops to capture requirements and translate them into functional and process designs aligned with best practices.\nDesign and document business blueprints, functional specifications, and solution design documents.\nMaster Data Governance & Implementation\nWork on SAP MDG modules including Customer, Supplier, Business Partner, and Finance master data objects (e.g., General Ledger, Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders).\nConfigure and support data models, workflows, validations, and derivations within MDG environments.\nImplement and enhance data replication and integration processes using standard frameworks (e.g., IDocs, web services).\nTechnical & Functional Collaboration\nCoordinate with development teams for custom enhancements, interfaces, and WRICEF objects.\nSupport testing activities including test planning, test case development, and execution of functional and integration testing.\nPerform root cause analysis and support issue resolution across cross-functional SAP teams.\nProcess & Data Governance\nParticipate in design and improvement of master data governance processes and operating models.\nSupport duplicate checks, data quality validations, and rule-based governance mechanisms.\nContribute to MDG workflow design, including standard, rule-based, and multi-step approval flows.\nProject & Stakeholder Management\nManage or support delivery of small to mid-sized implementation or enhancement projects.\nEngage with stakeholders across regions to facilitate discussions and align on solution design.\nSupport multi-tasking across engagements while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.\nQualifications\nMinimum 8+ years of SAP implementation and support experience across multiple industries.\nStrong hands-on experience in at least two end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations.\nProven expertise in SAP MDG (implementation and/or support environments).\nStrong understanding of SAP core modules such as SD, MM, and FI.\nExperience working on business process design, blueprinting, and functional specification development.\nHands-on knowledge of data replication frameworks (IDocs, web services, etc.).\nExperience with MDG configuration including workflows, validations, derivations, and data models.\nAbility to work in dynamic, fast-paced transformation environments.\nStrong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Skills\nSAP MDG certification (preferred).\nExperience working with ABAP teams and understanding technical development concepts.\nExposure to MDG enhancements, APIs, and custom extensions.\nExperience in consolidation and mass processing within MDG environments.\nEducation\nGraduate or Postgraduate degree in any relevant field.\nAdditional Notes\nStrong experience in customer/vendor integration (CVI) is highly desirable.\nExposure to S/4HANA and Fiori applications is advantageous.\nExperience in workflow configuration and governance automation is a strong
