improvement, and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlatform Engineering & Infrastructure\nDesign, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure platforms supporting multiple engineering teams.\nBuild and manage cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.\nDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using GitOps principles and automation tools.\nContinuously improve platform reliability, security, and deployment processes through automation and standardization.\nEnsure infrastructure adheres to organizational security, compliance, and operational best practices.\nCloud Operations & Reliability\nAdminister and optimize cloud environments with a focus on scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.\nMonitor platform health, infrastructure performance, and system availability using monitoring and observability tools.\nTroubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, application, and networking issues in production environments.\nParticipate in incident response activities, including root cause analysis, service restoration, and preventive improvements.\nParticipate in scheduled on-call support rotations for critical production systems.\nDevOps & Automation\nDesign, implement, and maintain secure Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.\nDevelop automation scripts and reusable deployment workflows to streamline infrastructure provisioning and application delivery.\nPromote Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, and GitOps best practices across engineering teams.\nContinuously identify opportunities to eliminate manual processes through automation.\nContainerization & Platform Services\nDeploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes and Docker.\nSupport container orchestration platforms to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficient resource utilization.\nOptimize container infrastructure and deployment strategies for production workloads.\nCollaborate with development teams to support application modernization initiatives.\nCollaboration & Technical Leadership\nPartner with software engineering teams to deliver reliable, production-ready infrastructure solutions.\nParticipate in architecture discussions and provide technical guidance on infrastructure design and platform improvements.\nConduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices across the team.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance platform stability, security, and operational efficiency.\n\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or similar infrastructure-focused roles.\nProven experience supporting large-scale, business-critical cloud production environments.\nExperience designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-native infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines.\nExperience working in globally distributed engineering teams is an advantage.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong experience with cloud platforms, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS).\nHands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Chef, or equivalent technologies.\nStrong experience managing containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using modern automation platforms such as GitHub Actions or similar tools.\nProficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Go, or Ruby.\nExperience with Linux system administration, preferably Ubuntu.\nKnowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability platforms.\nExperience with messaging platforms, search technologies, or NoSQL databases (e.g., Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies) is advantageous.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nPassion for automation and continuous improvement.\nExcellent understanding of cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and DevOps best practices.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
