The role works closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, assess candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offers, and maintain an organized recruitment process while providing a positive candidate experience.\nResponsibilities\nRecruitment & Candidate Screening\nManage multiple technical and IT vacancies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.\nPartner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, technical qualifications, and hiring priorities.\nReview applications and assess candidates against role requirements and competencies.\nConduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate qualifications, communication, salary expectations, and overall fit.\nInterview Coordination\nServe as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.\nCoordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, including complex scheduling requirements when applicable.\nManage arrangements for onsite and virtual interviews and ensure candidates are properly informed throughout the process.\nOffer Management\nPrepare and facilitate job offers in accordance with company policies and approved compensation packages.\nManage compensation discussions and help align candidate expectations with approved budgets.\nExplain relevant benefits and employment details to candidates during the offer stage.\nPre-Onboarding & Endorsement\nCoordinate completion of pre-employment requirements, including background checks, medical examinations, and required documentation.\nEndorse selected candidates to the onboarding or HR operations team for a smooth transition into employment.\nMaintain complete and accurate candidate information across recruitment trackers, applicant systems, and other required records.\nRecruitment Operations & Process Improvement\nSupport recruitment reporting and maintain accurate hiring data.\nEnsure recruitment records and candidate information are properly updated throughout the hiring process.\nIdentify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience.\nSupport initiatives that strengthen the organization's presence within the technology talent market.\nQualifications\nAt least 3 years of experience in technical recruitment.\nExperience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably across multiple technical vacancies.\nBackground in recruiting candidates for IT, technology, or other technical positions.\nAbility to understand technical job requirements and assess candidates based on relevant skills and experience.\nStrong communication skills for working with hiring managers and engaging candidates throughout the recruitment process.\nHighly organized with strong time-management and attention-to-detail skills.\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience recruiting within the technology or telecommunications industry is an
