to disaster recovery and business continuity activities, including RPO/RTO planning and testing.\nActive Directory & Microsoft Entra ID\nAdminister and maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID environments.\nSupport hybrid identity architecture and synchronization between on-premises and cloud environments.\nManage users, groups, organizational structures, authentication, and access controls.\nImplement and maintain Conditional Access policies and identity security controls.\nSupport enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) using protocols such as OAuth and SAML.\nManage privileged access applications.\nAzure Infrastructure & Platform Support\nSupport Azure infrastructure and platform services within a hybrid enterprise environment.\nWork with Azure networking components including:\nVirtual Networks\nHub-and-Spoke architectures\nLanding Zones\nNetwork Security Groups (NSGs)\nApplication Security Groups (ASGs)\nUser Defined Routes (UDRs)\nVNet peering\nTrust-zone segmentation\nSupport Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and associated access and security controls.\nContribute to cloud infrastructure design, implementation, resilience, and cost optimization.\nApply infrastructure standards and best practices to Azure environments.\nInfrastructure Security\nImplement secure infrastructure configurations across servers, endpoints, identity, and cloud environments.\nApply Zero Trust principles across identity, devices, networks, and applications.\nSupport Microsoft security platforms including:\nMicrosoft Defender\nMicrosoft Sentinel\nMicrosoft Purview\nAzure security services\nSupport endpoint detection and response (EDR) operations and remediation activities.\nImplement and maintain information protection and DLP controls.\nSupport security hardening based on recognized security standards and benchmarks.\nAssist with infrastructure and security incident response and remediation.\nCore Infrastructure Services\nAdminister and support core infrastructure services including:\nDNS\nNTP\nDHCP and related infrastructure services where applicable\nServer patching\nLogging\nMonitoring\nSupport firewalls, cloud proxy, SASE/CASB, and related infrastructure security controls.\nManage certificate lifecycle and PKI services for internal and external infrastructure.\nTroubleshoot connectivity, authentication, certificate, and infrastructure service issues.\nAutomation & Infrastructure as Code\nIdentify repetitive infrastructure and operational activities that can be automated.\nDevelop and maintain automation for server, endpoint, identity, and operational tasks.\nSupport Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to standardize infrastructure deployment and configuration.\nWork with automation and scripting technologies appropriate to the Microsoft infrastructure environment.\nSupport CI/CD and infrastructure automation using GitHub and/or Azure DevOps.\nHybrid Infrastructure & Platform Operations\nSupport Windows and UNIX/Linux environments within a hybrid infrastructure landscape.\nAdminister virtualization platforms and containerized workloads.\nSupport infrastructure integrations across on-premises and cloud environments.\nMaintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures, infrastructure configurations, and technical designs.\nContribute to infrastructure technology evaluations and recommendations.\nIncident, Problem & Operational Management\nProvide proactive and reactive response to infrastructure and security incidents.\nInvestigate solutions follow appropriate industry practices and organizational standards.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n7+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Infrastructure, Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Cloud Platform Engineering.\nStrong hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments.\nStrong expertise in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.\nExperience with hybrid identity environments and enterprise authentication.\nHands-on experience with Conditional Access and SSO, including OAuth and/or SAML.\nExperience managing privileged access using PAM, PIM, and/or JIT models.\nExperience managing Windows endpoint environments, including SOE and local administrator controls.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and
